Created through a partnership between Alliance Area Development and the Early Childhood Education Alliance, this program is designed to walk alongside you, easing the cost of child care and supporting your journey as both a parent and a professional.

Helping Hands for Working Parents
Through the Alliance Employment Promise, you may receive $200 per child each month toward tuition at one of eight trusted early learning centers in Alliance. These centers are places where children are known, nurtured, and celebrated every day – each one committed to providing safe, enriching environments where young learners can grow.

How to Know if You’re Eligible
If you work for a participating employer and have a child enrolled in one of our approved centers, you can apply for AEP benefits. Getting started is simple: connect with your employer’s HR department to confirm eligibility and begin receiving your subsidy.
