A Community-Powered Promise

The Alliance Employment Promise (AEP) is rooted in the belief that when families thrive, our whole community prospers. This one-of-a-kind initiative brings together the Early Childhood Education Alliance, Alliance Area Development, committed local employers, and trusted early learning centers to remove one of the greatest barriers for working parents – the high cost of quality child care.

Through this partnership, eligible families receive meaningful monthly tuition support, opening the door to safe, nurturing, and enriching early education. It’s an approach that uplifts children, supports parents, and strengthens the workplaces that depend on them – creating a ripple effect of stability, opportunity, and connection across Alliance.

Why It Matters

Additional Benefits for Families

Approved Early Learning Centers

At the heart of AEP is a simple, powerful belief: No parent should have to choose between work and safe, high-quality care for their child. By standing together – families, employers, educators, and community leaders – we are building a stronger, more connected Alliance where every child has a strong start and every family feels supported.
