Since 2019, this unique program has proven that when employers invest in families, they also invest in retention, morale, and long-term success.

 Participating businesses commit to offering their eligible employees up to $200 per child each month toward tuition at one of eight trusted early learning centers in Alliance. This simple, meaningful investment is backed by centers with Step Up to Quality ratings, ensuring every child receives safe, enriching early education.

University of Mount Union Tuition Support

Award equal to 50% of a traditional, full-time student’s entering-year tuition (excluding room, board, and fees) for eligible employees and their dependents who qualify and enroll.

Stark State College Workforce Training Grant

Up to $1,000 for short-term training programs to help you grow professionally while caring for your children.
